This dinner’s pop-up menu’s vegetables are provided by Appleby Community Farm.
Situated on a nine-acre farm in Nacogdoches, Cindy and Bryan Pruett produce organic vegetables, delicious kombucha, fresh farm eggs and a love for giving back to feeding the community. When Cindy isn’t farming, she is a full-time teacher educating the youth of tomorrow’s future.
When Appleby Community farm started, they wanted to promote organic vegetables and products. They want to leave the environment better than when they found it.
You can catch Cindy at the local Farmer’s Market every Saturday from 9-12 p.m. or by contacting the farm to subscribe to their monthly produce package.
