Nourishing Nac will be curating a multi-course menu at a fixed price, designed and crafted by Austin’s Executive Chef Jonah Kim- using local produce and meats from Nacogdoches farmers, ranchers, and butchers. Our menu is rotational and based upon seasonal selections. Dinner will be served on unique handcrafted ceramic platters and bowls made by a local artist. And music will be provided by an award winning musician.

Nourishing Nac’s Pop-Up location was situated on a private estate on the Pinkston Reservoir where guests dined under the night sky, with the enchanting music of the cello playing in chorus with the humming sounds of the nature in the evening.
